Warm up some vegetable/olive oil on the hob, make sure it's cool enough by applying a bit to the back of your hand first.
Then apply all over your hair and scalp to dry/slightly damp hair.
Massage it gently into your hair and scalp, then wrap it in a warm towel and leave it for half an hour.
After the 30mins is up, shampoo, rinse and repeat as many times as necessary for your hair to feel clean. Use a mild shampoo like baby shampoo.

Please note this does NOT leave your hair greasy if you wash it out enough.
Afterwards, there'll be a lovely glossy sheen to your hair.

This is perfect for people who over use straighteners, hairdryers, dyes, bleaches, and hairspray.
I used to bleach my hair twice a month but since I started doing this my hair has become so much healthier. I love it. <3
